Whooowhoooo! We beat our record. How exciting.

New Years Eve. I went to an actual party this year. I had to dress semi-formal, which I have no clue what that means, but I just wore this silver and black dress with a pair of black booties. And I looked super cute, if I do say so myself. Hahaha.

The party was sponsored by our biggest news station in our town and my BFF's sister works there, so she invited us to go with. But then, my bff decided going to visit her boyfriend was WAY more important that sticking with her plans to go with me and ditched me. I ended up going with her sister, which wasn't bad, her sister and I are really good friends. This new station is also a big sponsor of our local hockey team, all the player from this team were there too. Let me tell you. There is nothing more that I enjoy than hockey player in tuxes (well aside from Nick Jonas in a tux).

It was pretty fun. There was a DJ, so I got dragged out on the dance floor by my bff's sister (who's a bit of a party animal) and embarrassed myself horribly. I had a pretty good night, I'd say. Much better than last year.

I just thought I'd share that with you. Going to fancy parties is not really my forte, but it was fun. What'd you guys do for New Years Eve?
